Pattern 6, Assembling the Quilt

Once you've finished piecing the five Sunflower-theme Houses, the Assembly pattern has all the instructions for completing the quilt.

This 6th pattern, Assembling the Quilt, includes the yardage requirements and instructions for sewing the Sashing and the Picket Fence border. There are also full-size applique patterns for the Sunflower blocks and the "Hills", Crows & Sunflowers. We do not carry fabric but if you click on the button Looking for Fabric? it will give a list of shops that carry fabric kits.

The blocks and sashing will go together quickly. The Picket Fence border is made simple to do with strip piecing. The instructions are easy to follow and use all template free sewing. Machine pieced all the way!

Finished size of Sunflower Hill is 70" x 70". This is pattern 6 in a series of 6 patterns.
