Pattern 5, Sweet Hydrangea

This Sweet Hydrangea will make any home more beautiful!

The Hydrangea comes to life with dimensional yellow flowers that bloom with little pearl buttons in their centers. The dimensional flowers are made with an easy unique fusible web technique.

The china flower pot is not only beautiful, it's easy to piece with non-template sewing instructions! A bit of hand embroidery on the leaves and an embroidered "swirl" or two adds extra detail to an already lovely block.

The little "Bunny" peaking into the flower pot is pieced into the center of the flower pot. We specially designed this bunny fabric for this block. Click on the photo to see a larger image. The finished size of the block is 13" x 13". Included in the pattern are the yardage requirements, cutting and sewing instructions and flower applique patterns. We used "Bees Knees" fabrics from Maywood Studios for this quilt. You can locate it on-line or check out the shops on our website that carry fabric for this quilt. This is Pattern 5 in a series of 6 patterns.
