Sue Quilt Pattern:
Block 4, Aviator Sue
Go flying with
Sue as our pilot!
An American passion for flying began when the Wright brothers took to the air with their first motorized aircraft in 1903. Flying was thrilling but also dangerous. Charles Lindburgh, an air mail pilot, showed determination and courage in 1927, when he flew his tiny plane, "The Spirit of St. Louis", across the Atlantic in 33.5 hours.
This is Quilt Block 4 in a series of 10 quilt block patterns.
