Pattern 6, Assembling the Quilt

Once you've finished piecing the five Flower Pot blocks, you are almost done with the quilt!

The 6th pattern, Assembling the Quilt, includes the instructions for sewing the Basket and Vine blocks plus the delightful Eyelet ribbon border.

The Vine blocks are sooo easy to make. The block is pieced (it's just 4 triangles sewn together!) and then vines are fusible appliqued over the seams of the pieced block to create that curvy look. The Eyelet ribbon border is also simple piecing with "petals" of fusible applique.

Finished size of Mrs. Potter's Garden is 71" x 71".
