Pattern 6, Assembling the Quilt

Once you've finished piecing the five enchanted House blocks, the Assembly pattern has all the instructions for completing the quilt.

This 6th pattern, Assembling the Quilt, includes the four Bird blocks, the Rose Trellis Setting blocks and the Fence border.

The Rose Trellis Setting blocks are a "snap" to sew. The instructions are so easy to follow that one lady told us that she wants to make other quilts using these Setting blocks! Wow..an extra bonus!

The appliqued red Birds delivering Roses are made with fusible webbing. To make them even easier for you to do, we made full size applique patterns, reversed and ready to trace onto fusible webbing! Finish with a machine blanket stitch ..quick and easy!

The Fence border finishes the quilt beautifully. It is strip cut and pieced. By the way, our machine quilter created and quilted the meandering green "vine" in the border; it is NOT appliqued!

Finished size of Rosebud Lane is 70" x 70". This is pattern 6 in a series of 6 patterns.
